The recipient of our Trailblazer Award for 2016 is
Pamela Puryear, Senior Vice President and Chief Talent Officer of Pfizer Inc.
Pamela is responsible for leading strategy for programs and services that impact nearly 100,000 employees globally in the areas of talent management, learning and development, employee engagement, organization culture, diversity and inclusion, and workforce analytics.

holds a PhD in Organizational Psychology, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BA in Psychology with a concentration in Organizational Behavior from Yale University.
The recipient of our Community Service Award is Jocelynne Rainey, Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer for the Brooklyn Navy Yard Corporation (BNYDC), the not-for-profit corporation that manages and develops the Brooklyn Navy Yard as an urban industrial park. The Brooklyn Navy Yard Employment Center is a model and is helping businesses grow and local residents find good jobs in growing industries.
Jocelynne holds a B.S. degree from Southern Connecticut University, M.S. degree from Audrey Cohen College and is currently a candidate for a doctoral degree in Executive Leadership from St. John Fisher College.
There will also be a presentation of the President's Award which goes to the member of the chapter who the President chooses has made the most significant contribution to the chapter's success during the course of the year.
