he Center for Educational Leadership, Teaching and Learning (CELTL).
Our programs provide districts, school and individuals with coaching and mentoring to enhance classroom instruction, improve student outcomes and advance careers for educators at all levels.

John Scali, EdD '11, and Kristin Grey, ETE '96, received the Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching in 2016 - the nation's highest honor for math and science teachers.
Jennifer Nauman, ETE '99, principal at the Richard A. Shields Elementary School in Lewes, Delaware, was presented with a 2016 National Distinguished Principal award as Delaware's outstanding elementary school principal.
