Teens less likely to use illicit drugs 
Tuesday's election saw the approval of recreational or medicinal marijuana in several states. When it comes to illicit drugs other than marijuana, teens' use is down. Rates are the lowest they've been since 1991. But still, nearly one in six 12th-graders reported using these drugs in the past year (2015).
