This Week: Try the MMW DocWalk!
Thanks to Dr. Jon, who spent his night measuring a lighted DocWalk route, we now have an amazing lighted route that stays within the boundaries of St. Philip's Plaza! 2 laps makes a 1.5 mile route with well-lighted areas for stopping, exercising, and talking. Head out with the DocWalk group this Wednesday... we think you will like it!

Rock The Ages is Back!
The weather is gorgeous, so we have started the Rock the Ages hikes again! These are the folks who hiked with us last Wednesday. Next hike is Wednesday, November 23.

on The Loop. We must insist that you bring a light...or borrow one of ours. AND we will provide/
require
strobe lights for your back.

St. Philip's provides chairs and benches for our use...you will find them along the wall near the stairs. Just grab a chair or bench when you want one. With any luck, a few of you will help us return them to that spot when we are finished with them. Thanks! We knew you would!! :-)
