Just like sweet Taylor, Second Chance Pets has been very blessed throughout the years by the generosity of our supporters and we are hoping to be blessed once again!
Did you know that Tuesday, November 29th is national "#GivingTuesday"

Even though our primary fundraiser " Whiskers, Wags & Wine" is still several months away on March 30, 2017 (please save the date!), that doesn't mean that we get to defer our ongoing expenses, especially our vet bills...

Vet care is always our largest expense category (averaging approximately $6,000 a month) so we are asking you to help us bridge the gap until our annual fundraiser so that we can continue to help the cats and dogs in our program who require more complex or life-saving care such as surgery, heartworm treatment or other special procedures.

Please consider contributing to this special "Fund-a-Need" drive to help pets who need some extra medical care along with their second chance at finding a forever home.  Cats like Major Lee Cute who required specialty surgery to treat a severe inner ear infection before it abscessed to his brain; cats like Sammy, Sky and Tiberius who had injured legs that required amputation; or dogs like Sadie and Bobby who required orthopedic surgeries; and dogs like Robbie and Gracie who required heartworm treatment.

As always we thank you for generous support!
