February marks the 50th anniversary of THE BEATLES first visit to America. Coming less than three months after the devastating assassination of President John F. Kennedy our country was in dire need of some serious cheering up...their timing could not have been better. When the four lads from Liverpool disembarked their Pan Am flight at JFK Airport they proceeded to set pop music and the youth of America on fire!
HISTORIC FILMS has an extensive collection of one of a kind (circa 1964-1966) BEATLES interviews and performances all filmed during their first tours of America. From charming interviews with the band and their fans to live performances and great shots of the youth hysteria that was BEATLEMANIA.
It's all digitized and available for screening and licensing on our website or if you'd like one of researchers to "hold your hand" just give us a call!
