Thank you to everyone who so quickly filled up our Solar Eclipse program!
We're receiving -- without exaggeration! -- upwards of 100 phone calls every single day asking whether we have extra solar eclipse viewing glasses available for the public. We have a very limited number of glasses (somewhere around 50) that we will give away on Monday, August 21st beginning at 9:30 am. These glasses are for people who are not signed up for our Solar Eclipse program.
Please remember that you can always make a pinhole viewer to safely view the solar eclipse. NASA has an awesome, simple instructional video that uses a cereal box. You can check it out here:
