The three-day conference program includes over 50 workshops on best practices in assistive technology. 

In addition, there are two thought-provoking  plenary sessions:
  • Research as the Keystone to Improving Assistive Technology - a panel of esteemed researchers will share their perspectives on current and future research initiatives. 
  • Advancing Policies That Improve Access to Assistive Technology - a panel of
    federal officials and policy experts will share perspectives on how to increase access to assistive technology and the importance of advocacy to achieve our shared goals.

Pre-conference instructional courses offer in-depth education focused on a particular topic.  

Topics include how to set up research projects to quantify AT outcomes; power wheelchair driving methods; improving access to mobile devices for persons with disabilities; and coding and reimbursement for a successful seating clinic.
