We're Going Dark For A Few Days
We've been gearing up for our move for months now and the big day is just two weeks away, so we want to start preparing you, our fantastic members! Our IT guru's at
Howard Tech Advisors tell us our network, including phones and internet service,
will be down from Wednesday, August 30th through Monday, September 4th. We should be back up and fully functional when we open our doors at 6240 Old Dobbin Lane on September 5th. During our "dark days", we will still be available for urgent matters by email.

If you have been waiting for an opportunity to share your thoughts on the Central Maryland Transit Plan, here's your chance. Howard County Executive Allan Kittleman has announced several meetings over the next month of so to hear what the community has to say.
The meetings include August 21st at the North Laurel Community Center, September 13th at the Non-Profit Center of Howard County and September 18th at the George Howard Building on Court House Drive in Ellicott City all from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.

Howard Bank in the Headlines This Week
Howard Bancorp signed an agreement this week to acquire 1st Mariner Bank. The move will make them the largest community bank headquartered in the Baltimore metro area. The combined company will still do business under the Howard Bank name.
