IIRC, years ago Kuwait finally came out and said "well, yeah we're going to revalue our currency, but that's three months or so down the road..(paraphrased)"...and a few days later, BOOM they did it. ALL IN MY OPINION...

THE OLD PAPER NOTES ARE ON THEIR WAY OUT OF CIRCULATION. HIGHER DENOMINATIONS AS WE HAVE SEEN ARE DISAPPEARING OR BEING RECALLED LIKE THE 1000 AND 500 NOTES IN INDIA AS WELL AS THE 500 EURO.
AS WE SEE HERE IRAN IS WORKING ITS WAY TOWARD A ONE PAYMENT SYSTEM BY MARCH 20 th LIKE THEY SAID. ITS SHIA BROTHER (Iraq) WILL BE ON THE SAME PATH AS WE SEE THEY ARE BRINGING FORTH CHANGES AS WELL AS WE SEE THEIR ZEROS DROPPED.
I EXPECT TO SEE CONTRACTS BEING USED TO REPAIR AND RESTORE BOTH OF THESE CURRENCIES INTO THE NEW DIGITAL REALITY WHICH BOTH ARE HEADED.

The Central Bank Project To Delete The Zeros Will Be Implemented In Early 2017

Once the Iraqi Dinar is revalued your 25000 dinar bill is still 25000 dinars it is not suddenly a 25 dinar bill!!
Once the Dinar is revalued and you cash in your 25k dinar to whatever financial institution your return will be for exchange rate times 25k.
The removal of zero's is that 25k dinar note will never see the light of day again because it will be replaced with lower denominational Iraqi Dinar notes/bills much the same as the U.S. currency 1,5,10,20,50, and 100 dollar bills. LOP does not and will not exist in this scenario.
Most everyone here understands this so this is strictly for the stragglers trying to understand. GOD BLESS

DELETE THE THREE ZEROES FROM THE CURRENCY OF IRAQ EARLY IN 2017
The CBI Governor, Allek is referred to in Google translated articles as "Keywords."
Here's another article stating that he is starting the RV process in 2017, which coordinates with removing ISIS from Mosul within the next couple of months.
In addition to this article, which was the 6TH ARTICLE IN A WEEK, and the Iraqi news TV is also announcing it.
We have been through this a few times before where the CBI peppers the news media with their plan to RV. Their plan was always stopped by Maliki/Iran and then ISIS. Hopefully, now, with Abadi in and Maliki out, US troops back in and ISIS gone, and the Iran Deal and sanctions lifted, the CBI can finally complete their monetary reform in 2017.

Hi Everyone,
Congratulations USA on elections once again! The people have spoken. I hope this is the beginning of a new age for the USA.
I know I sound like a broken record but emphasis for us is still on the progress of retaking Mosul. The plan was to have it resolved by election day to give a perk for the democratic party for re-election. It almost worked too. Guess the strategy did not work? The question now is - what will happen to region once Mosul is taken back? Will there be yet another void to be filled?
We also know we are moving much closer to currency reform and we see it daily in all the news. Be patient if just for a little while longer.....its coming....
So what happened to the Iraqi 2017 budget this week?
