Adoptive and Foster Home Recruitment and Support Coalition assists DCFS in recruiting and supporting foster parents.  The primary organization members are The Carson City School Dist., The Sierra Assoc. Of Foster Families and CASA of Carson City.
In action, it's a bunch of individuals--foster parents, advocates, people from the community--who get together to get things done!
