The Knox: The Next Level in Knoxville Student Housing
The Knox is a new student housing complex conveniently located on the UT campus. We're glad we were able to be a part of this project by contributing the outdoor fireplaces, stone work, and landscaping. Check out the images of the rooftop entertainment area where students will be able to enjoy being outside year round!

We've all experienced how enjoyable outdoor televisions can be, especially during the beginning of fall where you can watch football and enjoy your outdoor living space all at once. If you've always wanted an outdoor TV of your own, make sure you read this article first!
The yellow and orange colors you see actually always exist in leaves but they are overpowered by the abundance of green from chlorophyll. The amount of chlorophyll starts to decrease as the sun weakens and the days grow shorter.

An outdoor fireplace or fire pit is a great feature that will increase your home's value and expand your time spent outdoors by providing warmth and light to gather around and enjoy year round. Here are a couple tips to help you with the planning process.

  • This is an ideal time to plant trees, shrubs, and fruit crops!
  • It's not too late to fertilize your cool season fescue lawn.
  • Keep heavy layers of leaves raked from the lawn. 
  • Incorporate compost in the annual and vegetable gardens for next growing season.
