My article this week will be short and sweet. I spent last week in Orlando, Florida with about 21,000 REALTORS® from around the US and Canada. I brought back lots of good information that will help to lead and guide our board. The other day a broker, who shall remain nameless, said to me, "wouldn't it be great if we could offer a private branded mobile app to our members?" Well...we do and we have for several months. Did you know that you can make the MLS-Touch app look like it belongs to your company and share a consumer version with your clients? Take a look in the "more" and select the "Brand and Share". It will take you 2 minutes (3 if you hate technology) to do the initial setup. It is a very cool and valuable feature.
Next Thursday (11/17) the VBR is hosting the "Community Update". This is a terrific opportunity for you to learn the latest from major community organizations; information that will make you the "go to" expert when you are working with your buyers and clients. Sign up below in the Education section.
I hope you enjoy the moderate weather this weekend, but please go out and do the snow dance. I'm ready- I'm getting my new boots fitted this weekend and tuning 3 pairs of skis in preparation.
