LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD PRESENTED TO 
MARTY LAMONOFF

On October 16, Marty Lamonoff was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Volunteer Award for his service and dedication to the Kosher Meals on Wheels Program by program coordinator, Lori Weitzman

Jewish Family Service of Greater Harrisburg, The Jewish Federation of Greater Harrisburg, and The Jewish Home of Greater Harrisburg have collaborated to bring you a special workshop  geared towards professionals who often interact with senior adults. This workshop is targeted at professionals in the financial, legal, or health fields as well as members of the clergy.  You are also welcome to join us if you have a strong interest in recognizing elder abuse or caring for older adults.

CAREGIVERS SUPPORT GROUP

JFS hosts  "Supporting Friends," a support group for caretakers who are dealing with a loved one who has dementia or alzheimer's. The group meets  every third Monday at JFS . The next meeting is October 31 at 1:30pm
