William L. Hartley 1950 - 2016 
William L. Hartley, 66 of Wadsworth, passed away November 4, 2016, after a lengthy illness.   Bill was born in Zanesville, Ohio,  March 19, 1950 to the late William and Martha Hartley.

Bill grew up in the Norton-Wadsworth area.  He graduated from Wadsworth High School, class of 1969, then proudly served his country in the US Air Force.

Bill enjoyed farming on Reimer Rd., where he also ran the Hartley Tack Shop with his Dad.   He was very patriotic, had a quick wit, was an avid Packers fan, and enjoyed a good cigar.

Bill is preceded in death by his brother, Edward.

He is survived by his beloved wife, Bonnie;  his sisters, Joyce McCork and Sally Michaels;  sister -in-law, Pam Hartley,  and brother, David.   There are also many nieces and nephews.

Family received friends Tuesday 4 - 7 p.m. Nov. 8, 2016, at the Hilliard Rospert Funeral Home,  where funeral services were conducted today, Wednesday, Nov. 9, 2016 at 11 a.m. with Pastor Scott Carr officiating.   Interment will take place at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.

Please send NO FLOWERS at the request of the family;  however in memory of Bill, memorial donations may be made to the Wadsworth Honor Guard or St. Vincent De Paul Society of Wadsworth.
