Finding Employees without Breaking the Bank
Because I'm in HR, I get a lot of friends and colleagues who ask me what are the best ways to attract quality talent without spending a huge amount of time and money? With my experience, I have found these three strategies work very well. First, do your best to retain the good people you already have because down time without an employee, recruiting and training are all costly. Secondly, incent your own employees to find or refer potential candidates through small monetary or reward considerations. Lastly, hire people you already know though networking and previous employment.
