Dear St Ann Academy Parents,

Welcome to a new school year and its Box Top$ time again!!!! For those of you that are new to the family, we collect Box Top$ to earn money to help the HSA meet their quote for the calendar school year.

Once again we will be participating in Box Top$ for education and our goal is to raise $1500.00 for this year. For an early start, I will have a table for first drop off that you cut out during the summer during Ice Cream Social schedule Tuesday, August 30th 2016 at 6:00 PM.

Please label bag with the name and current grade of your kid(s) will be attending to ease the contest set for this year.

Can wait to see you all at Ice Cream Social with your kiddo(s) and all bags of Box Top$ that you cut out.

Principal's Message

Dear St. Ann Families,

It is exciting to think of how soon all of us will be back together again celebrating the start of another year of LEARNING! It is my belief that the only way to begin anything good is with DESSERT... I am happy that HSA agrees!

The Home School Association is preparing for the traditional Ice Cream Social and they need your help. HSA promises that there is a job for everyone. Parents and middle school students who are willing to give some time to set-up, serve, and clean up should contact Dolores Castillo. Her contact information was included in a recent email that you received.

Mmmmm.....

During the Ice Cream Social, all families will receive a Back-To-School packet with information and forms necessary to begin the school year. Don't forget there will be a uniform swap table, a place to drop those Box Tops for Education and most importantly faculty and staff will be here to greet their new students! Come early, stay late and bring an appetite!

And while I am on the subject of food related celebrations, please mark your calendars for the Back-To-School Parent Coffee on Thursday, September 1st after getting your children settled in with their new teacher. This coffee is another HSA sponsored event that I hope that you can make time to attend. It is a great way to connect or reconnect with other St. Ann parents while your children are enjoying their first day experiences. This event is held in Alumni Hall.

I would like to thank the HSA Executive Board for all that they do to support our community building efforts here at St. Ann. I am grateful to Dolores Castillo, Jonell Hopkins, Judi Burr, Iona Siemer, Michelle Formato and Guana Darbouze for sharing their time and talent with us at St. Ann academy.
