Opportunities for Input: Community Meetings
We are soliciting your input to develop a balanced program that addresses the rights and responsibilities of tenants and owners, and to ensure programmatic effectiveness. Join us for one of three interactive meetings to learn more about the three Ordinances (ARO, Ellis, and ARPO) and provide feedback. The Housing Department's staff recommendations to the City Council will be released in the Spring and will include the input that is received at the meetings listed below.

Keep Your 2014 Documents It is especially important that owners/managers of rent-stabilize apartments keep your 2014 base year financial documents so that the base year net operating income can be determined as part of the Fair Return Petition Process. These documents include records of bills, payments made, payments received, tax documentation, and any other financial documents related to the operation of your business in 2014. |
