As we dip out apples in honey, let us pray for sweetness for ourselves and for those we love. May we continue to grow in connection to our tradition, our people, and our community. May we experience a year of blessings, and may the world be a better place for us and for our children.
On Rosh Hashanah it is written....
On Yom Kippur it is sealed:
May it be written and may it be sealed that the year to come is filled with Health, Joy, Peace, Wisdom, and Fulfillment.
Shanah Tovah U'metukah - Rabbi Michael S. Jay
REMINDER -
Last week Rabbi Jay made a request. It is not to late to send it to him before Rosh Hashana:
As I am wont to do, I need to ask for your help. I would like you to email me all or some of the following:
1) The name of your favorite song or your "anthem".
2) The name of the song that makes you happy (if different from the one above)
3) The name of the song that you listen to when you are sad.
4) The name of the song that is guaranteed to make you jump up and dance.
