Metro MLS Inclusive Search
The Metro MLS is happy to announce a big step forward to an 'MLS without borders'!
On September 6th, the primary property search functions in FlexMLS will default to an all MLS inclusive search; this means when you perform a search for properties, it will search on the selected data for Metro
AND Wirex listings. The option to select an MLS (Metro or Wirex) in the property search screens will be removed. The primary property search functions includes:
- Full Search
- Quick Search
- Map Search
- Address Search
- Multiple Address Search
- MLS # Search
For example, when you click on
Full Search, the MLS search option at the top will no longer appear:
When creating or editing a search from Quick Search,
the MLS search link at the top will no longer appear:
Rooms Search Details
The Full Search Rooms tab details have been incorporated into the Interior tab and renamed to Interior/Rooms. All search details for rooms are now organized by level. Any details selected in these sections will be included in Subscription emails.
