Variety Star Playground Ribbon Cutting

Nov. 10 - 11: Iowa's Premier Beer, Wine, & Food Expo
Volunteers are needed at the Beer, Wine, & Food Show to help bring wine to attendee's cars and assist by being stage hands (pouring beer/wine samples, handing out food samples). Meet some interesting people and help generate revenue for Young Variety. After your shift stay and enjoy one of the best wine and beer shows in the state! Sign up here.

Two Days of Compassion
   
Save the date(s) for Two Days of Compassion! Each year Variety  raises funds for critically ill children who are hospitalized. Through a partnership with Iowa hospitals, the Compassion Fund assists critically ill children and their families by providing comfort, care and fulfilling immediate needs such as:        
  • A gas card for frequent travel to appointments
  • Meals for a parent who spends weeks at the hospital
  • Payment of immediate bills such as phone or electricity
