7pm - singing the National Anthem at the home football game.  No school that day, so Dr. Lambert will set a meeting time this week in class.

Renaissance Feast Social - Wednesday, September 27, 7pm - gather for Food and Fun.  See below for details.

Fall Concert: - Wednesday, October 18, 7 pm.

London Trip is Off, But NYC trip is On!  Shifting gears for a spring trip to New York City!  Thursday, 3/22 to Sunday, 3/25.  We are still working out the details, but anticipate the cost at <$1,000 including transportation, hotel, nearly all meals, a broadway show, and several sightseeing activities, competition performances for four choirs, the awards ceremony, and a dinner/dance cruise for competition participants.  

New "Letter of Intent" form - coming home this week.  Please fill it out, check a box, sign, and return it to Dr. Lambert ASAP, no later than Thursday, 9/22.  Need input to firm up details on students and chaperones.  Questions, please contact Kathleen Harris,  [email protected].   Also, Kathleen's last child is graduating so if you are interested in trip planning and organizing, please let Kathleen and Kate Trosch know.  Trips happen with a parent leading the effort!

Renaissance Feast Volunteer Social:
 Renaissance Feaste volunteers, or anyone interested, are invited to come for FOOD AND FUN as we begin organizing for another spectacular LHS choral performance, Friday and Saturday, 12/1 and 12/2 .  We have many volunteer positions to fill, from decorations to costumes, tickets to publicity, food to laundry, and beyond.  This is a great opportunity for everybody, especially anybody new to Chorus, to meet fellow parents and combine our efforts to support our kids in their choral pursuits.  TJ Marzol's home, 8444 Sparger St., Mclean, [email protected].

Choir Uniform -   The uniform orders will be final Monday morning.  They will be delivered the week before the concert, 10/18, and will need to be hemmed prior to the concert.  If you did not order items and now need them, please contact Kate Trosch, k[email protected] or 703 608-9470.
