Elmerf123456: I believe Iraq is taking care of their own issues and cleaning it up nicely to be part of the GCR... even though they are big part of it we've always had to have stability and security and unification and we're seeing that right before our very eyes...... How that relates to 800 numbers... everybody has stuck on timelines with those and we all know they never come out the way they are.... but in terms of the GCR I believe the plan is working the way it supposed to

Third Cyber Attack Officially Underway.
Internet traffic company Dyn on Friday warned a third cyberattack is currently ongoing, hours after websites and services across the East Coast were initially shut down
Dyn told CNBC Friday afternoon the attacks are "well planned and executed, coming from tens of millions of IP addresses at the same time."
A senior U.S. intelligence official told NBC News the current assessment is that this is a classic case of internet vandalism. The official said it does not appear at this point to be any kind of state-sponsored or directed attack. Impossible to say how long it will take to say who's responsible, the official added.
Dyn told CNBC that one of the sources of the attack is coming from devices known as the "Internet of Things" devices such as DVRs, Printers, and appliances connected to the internet.
The company said in a conference call Friday afternoon that the attack is being waged from devices infected with a malware code that was released on the web in recent weeks.
Dyn said it has not heard from attackers and does not know who they are.
"What they're actually doing is moving around the world with each attack," Dyn Chief Strategy Officer Kyle York said in a conference call Friday afternoon.
The company's general counsel, Dave Allen, said during the call the company regularly prepares for scenarios like this.....

WHAT YOU READ ARE MY OPINIONS WHICH ARE BASED UPON WHAT I AM BEING TOLD BY PEOPLE I TRUST, WHO, IN TURN ARE GETTING INFORMATION FROM PEOPLE THEY TRUST.
IN SOME CASES I AM SURE THE INFORMATION COULD BE TRACED BACK TO A SINGLE SOURCE BUT THAT IS THE NATURE OF THE BEAST. MOST OF THE TIME I BELIEVE THAT WE ARE BEING PROVIDED INFORMATION THAT HAS BEEN VETTED AS WELL AS POSSIBLE.
TO BE HONEST I FIND THAT IT IS MORE COMPELLING TO BE A CALMING INFLUENCE RATHER THAN BRINGING A CONTINUING BARRAGE OF RATES AND DATES.

The stock market is caught deep in 'no man's land'
Where is this market headed? It's anyone's guess.
The best description of the docile trading lately may be Mark Newton's characterization: no man's land.
"Everybody is sort of scratching their heads about this market," Newton, an independent technical analyst and financial blogger, told Marke****ch. "It is a challenging market to have any conviction, really on either side [up or down]," he said.
Newton added that the level of disgruntlement in the market is high given that the S&P 500 (SPX) has hovered around 2,140 since June
Underscoring that point, the S&P, the Dow Jones Industrial Average (DJIA) and the Nasdaq Composite (COMP) are trading nearly flat over the past 30-day period, according to FactSet data.
