From the Program Director

Sarah Chandonnet

We've been talking about the challenges of working parenthood for years, using language - "balancing," "juggling"- that connotes a struggle we're destined to fail. What if we could change the conversation?  This Sunday, join Joanna Weiss for a talk about the challenges of modern parenting, and how Humanist community can help.

Joanna is a Boston-based journalist and former Boston Globe columnist. Her writing has appeared in Politico, Slate, Pacific Standard, The Economist, Cognoscenti, and more. She is a frequent TV and radio commentator on Boston's WGBH and WBZ, and her first novel Milkshake is a satire about motherhood and politics.

Childcare will be available during this event. 1:30-3:30pm, 30 JFK Street. Read more here.
