Wineries are Magical
Girls Night Out at the Speakeasy!
Don't forget the last Wednesday of the month is October 26th. Mr. Speaks will be at the speakeasy for Girls Night Out. He will have the yellow light on for you starting at 4:30 pm. The secret pass code is 18 21. You can text 740-405-2534 for closing time. Chef Ken will have flat bread with assorted options along with Rueben, Ham and Swiss cheese wraps available. If you are not a Anti Saloon Detective or member of the Temperance Society stop in and see our new digs.
Join us for our 4th Annual Halloween Party Oct. 29!
Dust off your costume. It's time for the Sand Hollow Winery Halloween party! The party will take place on Saturday, Oct. 29 from 6-9 p.m. There is a bit of a trick (or treat) this year: We will be holding the event at the new Sand Hollow Winery Speakeasy, 57 S. Third St. The Speakeasy will provide the perfect party spot, directly across from the Jail of Terror haunted attraction located inside of the Licking County Historic Jail. Jail of Terror general admission tickets $16.00 Fast pass (to front of line) $25.00.
There will be party favors for wine pairing, a Halloween costume contest with prizes and food selections prepared by Poppy's Roadside Diner Chef Ken Monroe.
Party-goers should  be on the lookout - there could be an appearance from a zombie or two who escape from the jail!
No RSVP required. Just bring you, your costume and a thirst for wine!
"Jail of Terror" is back and Jim is gone again!
It is that time of year when Jim is MIA at winery on Sand Hollow. But Cindy is keeping the doors open once again while Jim plays with demented zombies and vintage clowns at the Historic Licking County Jail in downtown Newark. For those of you that like to get the bejeevers scared out of you.  Stop at the speakeasy first for a juice bracer and then walk across the street for a scare you will never forget! For more details go to the Jail of Terror  website.
