Calling all families and youth of all ages! Get ready for pajamas and palm fronds! Congregation Beth Torah will be hosting our first Sukkot Sleepover! Did you know it's a mitzvah to spend the night in the sukkah? Join our ISJL Education Fellow, Shira Moskowitz, Beri Schwitzer, and some of our CLC staff (and parent volunteers) for some wonderful holiday programming! The following morning, we will have breakfast and pajama day on Sunday while the youth attend Hashanah Rabbah services.

The Southwest Jewish Congress, already known for recognizing outstanding community volunteers from various disciplines and backgrounds, is doubling down to celebrate both Inspiring Women and Men of Action on one amazing night. BEIT MIDRASH

The traditional place to learn Jewish text is a Beit Midrash which means "House of Seeking." Small groups of students gather in a study-hall type atmosphere to seek wisdom from inside Jewish texts. You can join Rabbi Zelony (The Book of Samuel) and Beri Schwitzer (Insights of Dr. Avivah Zorenberg on the Torah) at both 7PM and 8PM as they rotate through both sessions.
