October 13, 2016

As outlined in last week's Parent Weekly, CJ is seeking input from parents and students that helps us celebrate areas of strength and identify areas that may need to be improved.  The Board of Trustees has retained Independent School Management (ISM), the largest independent school advisory firm in the country, to assist in the process - which includes administering a survey to parents, students, faculty and staff.

We are sharing this link to the parent survey and hope you will take the time to provide candid feedback.  Because your responses go directly to a secure server at ISM, they will remain confidential. CJ leadership and Trustees will be provided with summary data only, along with any recommendations ISM may have based on their findings. We ask that all surveys be completed by Monday, Oct. 24.

Thank you for helping us  establish our next set of goals and strategies.

God bless you,

Graduation Requirements -  Class of 2018
and Beyond
Wednesday, Oct. 19  |  Presentation at PT Conf.
There have been many changes in recent years regarding high school graduation requirements in Ohio. The biggest changes are those regarding graduation tests. These changes began with the class of 2018 and will continue for future classes. CJ has been diligently learning about and preparing the students for these changes.  On Wednesday, Oct. 19, our principal and assistant principal, John Marshall and Steve Fuchs, will explain the graduation requirements to parents in a presentation during the break time in parent-teacher conferences (4-5 p.m.). You are invited to attend this presentation to learn more about the requirements. There will be a repeat of this presentation from 7-8 p.m. for those unable to attend the earlier one. Both presentations will take place in the gym.
