Parent Corner

It can be hard to know how to talk with children and youth about issues coming up during this election season.  Teaching Tolerance offers wonderful resources to help with conversations, click here.  PBS also offers materials for explaining our electoral process and democracy, click here.  Above all, we encourage you to speak with your children and youth about your values, and be present to their questions and concerns.  These are important opportunities to affirm care and support.

COA Soup Lunch
The Coming of Age class is holding a soup lunch fundraiser this Sunday for their Boston heritage trip. Please bring cash donations for lunch and support the youth.

RE Parent Meeting

Following the worship service this Sunday, Rev. Peggy, Tracy and April are meeting with RE parents to affirm collaboration in shared family ministry and discuss a vision for the future. Buy a bowl of soup from the COA class and join us!  Childcare will be provided.
