Throughout my career, I have been repeatedly astounded and nourished by the strength and dedication of the nonprofit leaders with whom I engage. At ESC, I am lucky to play a part in helping them and their organizations define and reach their goals. 

In August, Crossroads was featured in a Boston Globe column that highlighted the 1,200 youth they serve each summer at their signature camp program. ESC is proud to have helped Crossroads; each consulting project we worked on delivered on the promise to help more kids find power and worth within themselves.

I am happy to announce that the president of Crossroads, Deb Samuels, will keynote our upcoming Celebration of Service, where we highlight the work of our ESC Consultants and Encore Fellows in the nonprofit sector. Deb will share her experiences and underscore the value and specific benefits of ESC's capacity building services and is sure to inspire members of the ESC family to continue giving back to their communities. The celebration takes place at the Massachusetts State House Great Hall on October 31 at 10:00 am. If you would like to join us, please RSVP via email.
