A silent class can help one reliably achieve stillness. Turn inward, listen to your breath, make your class a moving meditation, and explore a group practice a whole new way. Our silent class moves through the Hatha Yoga series without dialogue from the teacher. Best for students who have taken a minimum of ten HOT HATHA classes.
"GLOWGA" is our way of having even more fun with HOT YOGA! Join us as we turn the black lights on, put on your glow in the dark accessories and get your GLOWGA on! We turn up the music for a glowingly great time. Bring a friend! Bring a partner! Bring your inner child and let your light shine!
GLOWGA will be with high energy music and back-lights. This will be a 60 minute HOT FUSION YOGA class. Come for a mind blowing experience. Instruction will be minimal and vision is limited so please attend at least a couple of regular HOT YOGA classes before you dive into the Glow. Glow sticks provided - while supplies last!
