Shabbat LaNeshama
Friday, October 21 at 7:45 pm

Shabbat LaNeshama is a service of gentle, soothing, contemplative music. Its rhythms, melodies and English readings will quiet the heart, slow the mind and relax the spirit.  "I had a really rough week and couldn't decide if I felt like coming to services.  I came and as I absorbed the liturgy and lovely tunes, I could feel the pent up stress of the week dissipating..."  The talented Isra-Alien guitar Duo (Gilad Ben Zvi and Oren Neiman) join Cantors Sergei and Elena Schwartz and give us a beautiful, peaceful reprieve from the hectic pace of our daily lives.  Shabbat LaNeshama nurtures the soul.

Please note:  There is no Shabbat Hallelu in October.
