Update on Pending Sale of Lodge and Spa at Cordillera

Dear Property Owners,

Earlier this week, the County Commissioners formally adopted the attached Resolution affirming the Director's Interpretation regarding CCG's intended use of The Lodge. The Boards have authorized a judicial appeal of the County Commissioners' determination as provided for by Rule 106 of the Colorado Rules of Civil Procedure. The CPOA and CMD will therefore file an action in the Eagle County District Court prior to November 8, 2016.

In addition, it may be the case where additional Cordillera owners or interested parties challenge the County, CCG and/or Behringer Harvard in Court.
