    Happy Fall!
Presidents' Message
Greetings and Salutations!

The month of October is flying by and Halloween is almost upon us.  But before we head out to Trick or Treat, let's give a HUGE shout out to the volunteers and RPA board members who worked very hard at our wonderful Book Fair, bringing more books to our school library and our children's lives - MANY THANKS!

Next, we have the TEEN ESTEEM event this Sunday!  Please see the attached the notice - good information in the Information Age is essential for parenting.

We would absolutely love to stop talking about RPA dues - so if you happen to feel inspired to help us out - with a school that has no Annual Fund - please send us a check for $55.00 or any amount that works for you!

Finally, we welcome your input and participation.  The next RPA meeting (always the first Friday or the month!) is November 4th - 8:30am to 9:30ish in the California Room.  Please join us and learn more about how hard Raskob works for our children!

All the very best,

Volunteers Needed

Two Parent Librarians Needed

Do you love to help kids discover the wonder of reading?  Are you a book lover?  Well, you're needed at Raskob!

Ms. Jessica Baiocchi is looking for one or two parents who can volunteer about 2 hours a week on a regular basis to help with our beautiful Library.

Here are some of the things you'll do: research new books we should purchase to have for the kids, re-shelve the books, help with special library projects,  and perhaps support our students in the library.

20 Family Volunteer Hours can be easily gotten by serving in this way.

If you're interested, please contact Jessica Baiocchi
