Have you visited a Mosque? This Sunday, October 23rd is your chance.  Open Mosque Day 2016 is the community's opportunity to learn about Muslims and Islam. This  Sunday, October 23, 2016 has been designated Open Mosque Day. Click here to see a list of participating centers.

This year the U.S. Council of Muslim Organizations has announced a National Open Mosque Day on Oct. 23rd.

4TH ANNUAL POP SYMPOSIUM
 
Save the Date, Saturday, November 5th for our 4th Annual California Jails and Muslim Inmates Symposium, "Islamic Communities Commitment to Successful Re-Entry Programs".  

This year we will hear from Social Justice Advocates, Law Enforcement Representatives and Former Inmates.

The Shura Council reminds you to vote on Tuesday, Nov. 8th and to vote against the death penalty, Yes on 62 and No on 66. If you are not yet registered to vote, the deadline is Monday, Oct. 24th, register here.

The Shura Council encourages the community to support ICNA Relief's Benefit Night on Saturday, October 22nd in Anaheim, featuring Imam Suhaib Webb and Linda Sarsour. 

Shura Council member, Al-Shifa Clinic in San Bernardino serves the under-served community surrounding it, for free.
