Dinner Menu Will Offer the Following Entrees
*Veal Chop - Strousse veal rib-eye char-grilled with a pesto tomato concasse and melted bleu cheese
*Prime Rib - Rubbed with cracked pepper, garlic, and herbs, then slow roasted to perfection. Served with au jus and creamy horseradish
*Pan Seared Scallops - Jumbo sea scallops marinated with citrus zest, fresh herbs,and then pan seared. Served on a rice pilaf with a roasted red pepper Beurre' Blanc.
*Mahi Mahi - Fresh mahi mahi char grilled and finished with a strawberry key lime butter.
*Roast Duck - Semi-boneless 1/2 duck slow roasted. Served well done and crisp with an apricot sauce.
*Chicken Artichoke Crab - Boneless breast of chicken sauteed and topped with artichoke hearts, jumbo lump crab meat, and sauce Sharon.
*Beef Wellington - Whole beef tenderloin wrapped in a flaky puff pastry.
