Colette McCarrick Geary '78 named 12th president of The College of St. Scholastica
Colette McCarrick Geary, Ph.D., '78 was inaugurated as the 12th president of The College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MI, on Oct. 14. With about 1,000 people in attendance, the historic occasion began with the celebration of Mass. The Installation Ceremony followed with a procession of approximately 200 people, led by bagpipers and featuring delegates from other colleges and universities and educational institutions, St. Scholastica faculty, members of the Board of Trustees, flagbearers, and guest speakers. St. Catharine's president, Sr. Patricia Wolf, RSM, '62 was part of the procession. Read about the historic event.

St. Catharine Academy marched in Morris Park's Columbus Day Parade on Oct. 9. The rainy weather did not dampen spirits as SCA brightened the mood with their energy throughout the parade.
