Kopernik Bookfair at Barnes & Noble Saturday, Oct 22

Dear Friend of Kopernik,

Kopernik is offering you a way to get a head start on your holiday shopping while supporting Kopernik at the same time. Come to Kopernik's Bookfair at Barnes & Noble in the Town Square Mall in Vestal on Saturday, October 22 from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

As a way of saying thanks for the support, Kopernik is offering you a chance to check out our new Portable Planetarium. We will be offering planetarium shows every half hour. The whole family is invited to come relax inside the inflatable dome, absorb the night sky and learn about fall stars and constellations.

11 a.m. to 8 p.m.

During the bookfair Kopernik staff will be outside the main entrance with telescopes allowing you to view sunspots in the day and planets and other celestial objects in the evening. Inside there will be a Kopernik table displaying meteorites, NASA giveaways, and information about Kopernik events and classes.
