Meet Our Candidate

Contract Sr. Instructional Designer 
  • Holds a M.S. in Instructional Systems Development
  • Provides training solutions for innovation and improvements that align with business strategies
  • Responsible for the quality, content, and on-time preparation of all training activities for a 500+ end user community over 4 campuses
  • Planned and directed all phases of learning program development, including needs analysis, program and curriculum design and development, selection of media and methods, and formative and evaluations
  • Responsible for providing Organizational Change Management activities which included: bi-weekly stakeholder meetings, facilitated town hall meetings with end users, system demonstrations, and metrics on organization readiness, training calendars, and schedules 
  • Managed and coached training instructors, and created and delivered a "Train the Trainer" curriculum
  • Developed and prepared web-based content for deployment from an LMS environment
