Northwest Place Industrial Park (NWPIP) is a master-planned business park featuring warehouse, distribution and flex space. Depicted above is a rendering of Phase II of the project. Construction began in October 2016, and delivery is slated for the second quarter in 2017.

Levey Group is excited to announce that all space at the park is now fully built out. 

Flotek's entire 50,400 square foot area in Building 1 has been finished as a state-of-the-art laboratory, training facility and offices.

The Brandt Companies command all 56,225 square feet of Building 4. Brandt is using over one-third of its area for offices and training and has included a full gym with showers.

A one-acre parcel which fronts the Sam Houston tollway remains available. Below is a rendering of the office building the site is capable of accommodating.
