In this workshop we will begin at the beginning to learn Jyotisa, also known as Vedic Astrology. This class will be held once every 4-6 weeks, but you only have to commit to one workshop at a time. In between there will be chances to review material and do assignments, if desired, though not mandatory. The workshop will take place on the Upper West Side in New York City, and will be  simulcast as a webinar, so that you can attend wherever you are. And if you cannot be present, or you can only do part of the workshop, you will receive an audio-visual presentation, audio MP3, and extensive handouts. This class will be appropriate for those who are starting at the beginning, and will cover as much as time allows. It is also a great class for those who have studied with me, or have learned in the past, and want to refresh your knowledge. We will start with the basics of the chart, so that you have all the tools you need to begin to tackle chart interpretation.

This is the beginning of a new series of classes that are continuing from my series of 2014-16. You can also do these as standalones as well if you do not want to commit to the two dates. These will occur every four to six weeks, with time in between where you can review, do assignments (if you feel like it but NOT mandatory) and ask questions. There will be more dates throughout 2017. 

We will use all the tools covered thus far to actually look at many charts, both celebrities and from personal files, to apply in practice what we have learned. In the New Year we will add on new techniques like Ashtakavarga, Hora Lagna and Bhava Lagna, Varshaphal (Solar Returns).
