We will be having 2 attendance drawings at conference. The first will be for a $25 Visa gift card and the second will be for a 16 GB iPad mini. Ask the ushers where to enter. Only one entry per person. Must be present to win. Drawing will take place during the recognition and celebration at the end of conference.

In providing for the care of our earth resources and stewarding the church's resources of time and money, it has been previously recommended that we not print reports for distribution at conference. Report information will be given at the Mission Center Conference, and provided electronically to the pastor's and communications officers as well as published in the next scheduled Mission Center Newsletter. Thank you for supporting our efforts to maintain the flow of information while practicing good stewardship and managing staff time wisely.

Spring Conference Minutes

As provided at spring conference, the minutes were corrected then approved by the Mission Center Council during a regularly scheduled meeting following the conference. A copy of the amended minutes is linked below.

Fall Conference Resolutions

Two resolutions will be presented before Mission Center Conference for consideration.

1) In June we were able to close on the sale of the Mission Center Office. After consultation between the Mission Center Presidency Team, Mission Center Finance Officer Team, Mission Center Council, and Mission Center Finance Committee we present the linked resolution for consideration outlining the disbursement of these proceeds.

2) At our spring Mission Center Conference the resolution was passed on the disbursement of the proceeds from the sale of the Imani Mission Center. This resolution included starting a Mission Center Missionary Grant Fund. The linked resolution outlines the use of that fund along with the grant application and grant reporting process.
