Healthy Living Workshop
Share the Care Inc. and Senior Resource Alliance-Area Agency on Aging of Central Florida are partnering to bring the Living Healthy 6-week workshop to our community. Put life back in your life by participating in a 6-week Living Healthy Workshop which is FREE to attend! If you or someone you care about has a chronic condition such as arthritis, COPD, high blood pressure, depression, heart disease, chronic pain, anxiety or fibromyalgia, this 6-week workshop can help you take charge of your life.
You'll get the support you need, find practical ways to deal with pain and fatigue, discover better nutrition and exercise choices and learn ways on how to talk with your doctor and family about your health.
The workshop will be held every Thursday from November 3 through December 15 from 1:00pm to 3:30pm. The workshop will be held at Share the Care Inc., at 1524 Formosa Ave, Winter Park, 32789.
