Dear Beaver Families,

Fall Parent/Teacher Conferences kick-off this Friday, October 14 and continue next week, on Tuesday, October 18 and Wednesday, October 19.

• Friday, October 14: Only conferences, no school for students
• Tuesday, October 18: Conferences and classes; students have school as usual
• Wednesday, October 19: Only conferences, no school for students

To make sure all conferences are successful, here are a few reminders:

• Please arrive 10 minutes before your first conference to ensure we start on time; conferences start every 15 minutes. If you are running behind schedule, call the Beaver main line at 617-738-2700 . 

• When you arrive, please check in at the main entrance. This is where you will pick up your schedule for the day and your name tag. Beaver staff will also be available to direct you and answer any questions.

• All teachers will keep track of time during conferences. Conferences last 10-12 minutes.

• Students are not part of these conferences.

• All conference times are booked through our online system. To keep things running on time, we ask that you please stick to the time you have scheduled. If something comes up, please let us know as soon as you can and we will work with you to help reschedule. Many of our teachers are fully booked, we may need to reschedule for another day. If you have any questions or concerns please contact us.

These conferences are helpful in continuing our strong partnership with you and supporting all of our students. Thank you in advance for your cooperation and flexibility during conferences - we know these days are busy for both teachers and parents. It is our hope the experience is a good one for all.
