Keep marking your calendars this week!   Walking, riding a bike, taking the bus, and carpooling are all included. And, you do not have to mark your calendar daily to count... a few times this month is fine too!

A BIG Thank You to the wonderful Volunteers (Loli Vanderlip, Lara Lockwood, Angie Ballas, Barbara Chinn, and Elizabeth Rosemond) who cheered on our students and passed out blinkers on Walk To School Day!!!

A NOTE FROM THE OFFICE

Please remember a few things to help make your child's day at school easier:
  • Send a spare change of clothes in their backpack for accidents and incidents, the office supply of clothing is very limited.
  • Label everything--so many students have the same jacket, water bottle, and even backpack.
  • Check the lost and found often for those items that may be left behind.
  • Please try to keep deliveries to a minimum, if they forget a book, a lunch, a note, those can come the following day and they can even buy lunch if need be!
  • REMEMBER: All after school programs require the help of PARENTS. If your child is participating you should plan on helping at least once. When you have signed up to help, you must BE ON TIME, help students get to the appropriate location, help them during the session as needed, and make sure that ALL students are met by their parent/guardian. It is only with this partnership that we can continue after school programs. We are counting on you!
