Put Your 5S on Steroids
The first year Motorola used our Visual Workplace/Visual Order DVD System, inventory dropped by $15 million--and the work culture was radically transformed. Considered by many the best 5S system available, our ten DVDs are narrated by Gwendolyn Galsworth and based on her highly-acclaimed book, Visual Systems: Harnessing the Power of the Visual Workplace.
Each DVD provides a vital ingredient in helping you prepare for, launch, train, implement, coach, and sustain powerful visual concepts, principles, tools, and solutions in your company. The focus is 5S+1: Visual Order--the indispensable first step on every company's journey to a fully-functioning visual workplace.
