We have all heard the saying "Failure is not an option."  It makes it sound like successful folks never make a mistake or fail in any way.

   

Actually, the truth is more like "Go ahead and make mistakes.  Pick up the pieces.  Dust yourself off and keep working at it until you succeed."

   

Failure is a chance to learn from those mistakes and then take corrective action.  The key is "take corrective action".   Successful people continue to make mistakes and continue to learn until they finally reach the goal.

  

Let's commit ourselves to being winners treating each mistake along the way as an opportunity to learn and improve.
