Expand the reach of your library by learning methods of creating a welcoming space for the blind and visually impaired and discover new devices and programs to assist with reading and exploring materials.

MLA 2016 Annual Conference welcomes Spotlight Presenter Brian Charlson, director of technology at the Carroll Center for the Blind. Far too often, libraries who have attempted to provide services for this population come away feeling like the person who threw a party and no one came. Brian will share the ways in which your library can avoid that feeling by creating a space where the blind or visually impaired feel welcome, well-served and a full member of the library-using public.

Don't miss this opportunity and register for annual conference now.
