KLS: Peeps: Do you think that Permeshga (?) fighting to liberate Mosul (Abadi said, Turkey, get out, your not allowed in this liberation). This agreement that AbadI has with Barzani, that Mosul will go to Kurdistan, once liberated, they have what they need for the % to Kurdistan and loans to come out of the 2017 budget???
1) Barzani, you send you army and get Mosul 2)Barzani keeps Mosul 3) Barzani, You get portion of our loans 4) We now know percentages for loans to go to Kurds, and finalize budget?... Does this make sense?
GEGDinar: KLS, it's my understanding that the Peshmerga will fight on the outskirts, but that since Mosul is part of the Ninevah province, it's Iraqi territory and thus it's the job of the Iraqi forces to recapture the city.
KLS: Geg: You are correct. But I think I read Iraq was going to hand over Mosul to Kurds? That was their reward for fight against ISIS, in Iraq.

OldManRiver: After all these years of articles about "deleting the zeroes", I've often seen the question asked but never adequately answered, what does that specifically mean?
Is it turning .00086 into .86? Is it simply getting the big bills out of circulation? Is it both? Is it something entirely different?
Ive read several folks opinions on what it means but they were just guesses (maybe just wishful guesses ), but no seems to know for a fact what it means.
Perhaps when this thing is over I'll be able to look back and tell what they meant!
