Paul Edward Gordon  1927 - 2016 
Paul Edward Gordon, Jr. passed away peacefully at home Sept. 28, 2016.  Paul was born Sept. 16, 1927, in Poe (Montville Twp.) to the late Paul Edward Gordon Sr. and Rose Anna (Horner) Gordon.

Paul graduated from Wadsworth High School in 1945, where he played football.  He joined the Marines as a M.P., returning from the military in 1948. He owned and operated Seville Carpet for 30 years.   His hobbies included hunting and antiques.  Paul lived his entire life in the Medina County area.

Paul married Marilyn (Onyski) Jan. 7, 1993.   She was a loving wife and amazing care giver.

Paul is survived by his wife, Marilyn;  brother James Gordon;  children Tim (Wendy) Gordon, Paul E. (Cassandra) Gordon III, Becky Gerberich, Mike Gordon, daughter-in-law Kathleen (Beamish) Gordon;  six grandchildren;  three great-grandchildren;  brothers and sisters-in-law;  and many nieces and nephews.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents;  brother Bob Gordon;  sister Betty (Gordon) Wheeland;  and son Ted Gordon.

Calling hours were Monday, Oct. 3, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Armstrong Funeral Home, Seville.

Memorials may be given to the Medina County Animal Shelter.
