The Department of Administrative Services, Office of the State Building Inspector, in conjunction with the Codes & Standards Committee, has adopted what is to be known as the 2016 Connecticut State Building Code effective October 1.

About the Presenter
Milton Gregory "Greg" Grew, AIA has had an architectural design practice for over 25 years in residential and commercial construction. He is also a licensed building official and has provided code consulting services to contractors, builders, owners and other architects for over 15 years. On top of that for the last five years Greg has been Director of Inspections and Permits for the Town of East Hartford serving as the town's chief building official and zoning enforcement official.
